SERIOUS ISSUE FOR NIGERIAN GOVERNMENTS AND POLITICAL PARTIES All over the world, governments concentrate on the foundation of education. All the money we want to put into tertiary education, let’s put it into primary education. How can 10 million Nigerian be out of school and we are happy.
